A Little Understanding
Try and be in the other persons shoes. It doesn't take much to look at things from a different perspective, you might learn something.
It's Not About You
People in positions of power can lead or direct. People will follow leaders. As a leader. It's not about how you lead. It's about how the team strived for greatness. Leadership is silent.
Be Humble
Let your work speak for itself, and it will be seen. There are times when standing up and singing ones own praises is not a bad thing, it just shouldn't be the normal thing.
