Employer Terms

Story for Hiring lets company teams create Talent Calls, invite candidates to submit Stories, and review the Stories candidates explicitly choose to share. Vetttd provides a software service; it does not act as an employer, recruiting agency, or decision-maker.

The person creating a workspace represents that they are authorized to act for the company. Workspace administrators are responsible for their teammates, role assignments, account security, and activity carried out through the workspace.

You must provide accurate company and account information and promptly update it when it changes.

Story for Hiring credits are prepaid units used when a candidate explicitly submits a completed Story to a Talent Call. The available credit packs, price, and any stated restrictions are presented before checkout.

Payments are processed by Stripe. Except where required by law or expressly stated at purchase, credit purchases are non-refundable. Credits have no cash value and may not be transferred, resold, or exchanged.

Candidate Stories and related submission information are confidential. You may access and use them only to evaluate the candidate for the relevant hiring opportunity and for related internal hiring decisions.

You must comply with applicable employment, privacy, anti-discrimination, and data-protection laws. You may not sell, scrape, redistribute, train external models on, or use candidate information for unrelated marketing, profiling, or contact.

Candidates control whether to submit a Story to your Talent Call. A candidate may withdraw Story access through available product controls. You are responsible for honoring applicable obligations relating to information that was previously accessed, downloaded, or retained through your own systems.

You may not misuse the service, interfere with its operation, attempt to gain unauthorized access, submit unlawful or misleading Talent Calls, or use the service to discriminate, harass, or harm candidates.

The service is provided on an as-available basis. Vetttd does not guarantee a number or quality of candidates, a hiring outcome, or uninterrupted availability. Hiring decisions and communications with candidates remain solely your responsibility.

We may suspend or terminate access for misuse, security concerns, nonpayment, or violation of these terms. We may update these terms as the service evolves; material changes will be communicated as required.
